Hilmi Belbeisi

Hilmi Belbeisi has an MBA in Organization Development and Management and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan. Belbeisi held several managerial positions throughout his career, including Organization Development Manager, Senior Performance Manager, and Organization Development Consultant, and Head of Human Capital. He was also Corporate HR Director for Extra, where he was responsible for all HR and development operations for four companies operating in three GCC countries. As of 2013, Belbeisi has been Chief Development Officer for AlFouzan Contracting: a 10,000-employee company with US$ 3B in revenues. He is responsible for Strategic HR, Logistics, and Support Services.
