Sara Cahoon McMurray

Sara Cahoon McMurray is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief of Staff & Operational Lead at Lumio since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Factor, where Sara held multiple positions including Chief of Staff & Sense Collective Community Manager, Manager of Workforce Strategy, and Manager of Talent Group Lead between January 2021 and September 2025. Sara played a key role in migrating talent to a newly formed Delivery Capabilities function and managed the UK Emerging talent group.
