Clayton Nylander

Clayton Nylander has a diverse work experience in various industries. Clayton started their career at Analysis Group in 2008, working as a Senior Analyst until 2011. Clayton then joined Bain & Company as a Consultant from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they co-founded Lydian Dental and served as the COO until 2020. After leaving Lydian Dental, Clayton joined Lumio Dental in 2020 as the COO.

Clayton Nylander began their education at Sprague HS, although the specific years are unknown. After completing high school, they attended Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2008. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Clayton enrolled in Harvard Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2011 and 2013.
