Ofer Chen

Ofer Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ofer currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder of LumiShare SRG. Prior to this, Ofer owned their own consulting start-up company, Ofer Chen & Co. CPA, where they assisted start-up companies in various steps, from developing business plans to establishing the company, raising capital, and representing the company to investors. Ofer also worked as a Bank Examiner at the Bank of Israel in the late 1980s.

Ofer Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University from 1982 to 1987. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1989.
