Adam Haseley has a diverse work experience, beginning with their service in the United States Marine Corps from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they served as an Infantryman and held positions such as Platoon Sergeant and Company Clerk. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Cuyahoga Community College, earning an Associate of Science with a 4.0/4.0 GPA and Summa Cum Laude. Adam then attended Cleveland State University from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a 4.0/4.0 GPA and Summa Cum Laude. In 2021, they began a Design Engineering Co-op with Lumitex, where they designed, assembled, tested, and validated equipment to meet customer and product specific requirements. Adam also utilized project management tools and methodology, drafted product specifications, and assisted in the successful transfer of products to a new manufacturing facility in Mexico. In 2020, they held an Operations Engineering Co-op with SIFCO Industries, Inc, where they presented a proposal of recommendations to reliability engineering, reviewed daily furnace data, and supervised forging crews. From 2017 to 2021, they were also a Customer Service Representative with Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they maintained serviceability of the flooring department, provided patrons with customer service, and assisted in formulating estimates and ordering products.
Adam Haseley attended Cuyahoga Community College from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree. Adam then attended Cleveland State University from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Adam has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: SOLIDWORKS 2022 Essential Training in January 2023 and SOLIDWORKS: Sheet Metal Design in January 2023.
