Sarah Accorto

Sarah Accorto is an experienced leader in customer success and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Lumivero since October 2022, Sarah oversees a team dedicated to supporting clients across North America, Australia, and New Zealand, focusing on product lines such as NVivo, Sonia, and Citavi. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Enrollment at Wiley Education Services from February 2014 to October 2022, where a strong emphasis was placed on collaboration with university partners to enhance student experiences. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in the aviation and engineering sectors, and as the Assistant Site Director for soccer tournaments at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
