Amar Thakare

Amar Thakare has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Amar has been the CEO and MD of Lumiverse Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Business Mentor at eDigitalbox, where they developed tools to enable B2B e-commerce.

Amar has also worked as a Cyber Ambassador at CybSky Cyber Ambassador Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted over 650 sessions on cybersecurity for industries, schools, and colleges. Amar has also served as the Secretary and Joint Secretary at NITA Nashik Information Technology Association, and as a Council Member at the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture.

Additionally, Amar has worked as a Cyber Security Trainer at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, a Cyber Security Consultant in Nashik, and a Cyber Security Specialist for the Maharashtra & Gujarat Police. Amar also founded CyberITSecurity, an initiative aimed at educating individuals about cybersecurity. Amar briefly worked as an IBM Cyber Security Trainer.

Amar Thakare completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Shri Neminath Jain Brahmacharyashramas College of Engineering, Neminagar, Chandwad, Dist.Nashik. Amar also holds several professional certifications including AZURE-AZ-500 from Microsoft, Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA, AWS Certified Security - SCS-C01 from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CYBER FORENSIC from an unspecified institution and is also trained in Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), ECSA, and LPT(VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT).
