Vincent Feliciano Jr.

Vincent Feliciano Jr. serves as a Permit Review Specialist II at Lummi Indian Business Council since January 2020, focusing on Native Environmental Sciences. In addition, Vincent is the owner of House of The Salish Sun Arts, working on painting, carving, graphic design, apparel, and music production since 2013. Previously, Vincent coordinated the Witnessing Our Future Project, a culturally-adapted suicide prevention program, and worked as a recruiter/advisor for the Native American Career and Technical Education Program at Northwest Indian College from 2013 to 2017. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Native Environmental Science, an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.), and a 2 Year Certificate in Construction Trades, all from Northwest Indian College.
