Nimit Arora

Nimit Arora has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Nimit currently holds a position at Lummus Digital as a Senior Director, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TCG Digital as a Senior Director and Director, with their tenure starting in August 2022 and January 2021 respectively. Nimit also held roles as an Associate Director and Senior Product Manager at TCG Digital. Before joining TCG Digital, Nimit worked at Seven Lakes Technologies as a Product Development Manager and BI Analyst. Nimit started their career as a Risk and Compliance Analyst Intern at Midwest ISO in 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they served as a Manager in the Incubation Lab at SELCO Solar Light Pvt. Ltd. and as a Consultant Business Intelligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nimit played a key role in designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 clients in various industries and functions. Nimit generated revenue, represented as an SME, and produced savings for clients through their work in BI and data analysis. Nimit demonstrated their expertise in IBM Cognos and SAP BusinessObjects during their tenure. Nimit received recognition for their performance and achieved the highest performance rating given to only the top 5% of employees.

Nimit Arora obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras between 2002 and 2006. Nimit then pursued their MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Business Administration, General Management, Management Consulting, Energy, and Sustainable Enterprise. Nimit completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1994 to 2002, specializing in the field of Science. Additionally, in September 2018, Nimit obtained a Scrum Master Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
