Chintan Choksi

Chintan Choksi is an experienced chemical engineer with a strong background in FCC technologies, currently serving as an FCC Process Specialist at Lummus Technology since March 2019, where involvement in projects includes the FCC IndMax and MTBE/DIB projects, focusing on compiling BEP deliverables such as heat exchanger datasheets and piping diagrams. Prior experience includes roles at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited as an Assistant Manager overseeing FCC technology, and at Reliance Industries Limited as a Process Technologist in the largest UOP technology FCC unit, where responsibilities included plant performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Chintan began the career as a Process Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, preparing process flow diagrams and conducting hydraulic calculations, and also has experience in sulfuric acid production as a shift in-charge at Hindustan Zinc Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
