Jeff Halfen

Jeff Halfen has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles within various companies. Jeff began their career at McDermott International Inc. in 1986 and held several positions over a span of 26 years, including Senior Controller and Business Unit Controller. Jeff also served as the CFO of the Oil & Gas Group at MasTec, Inc. in 2012. In 2013, they joined FloaTEC, LLC as the Sr. Financial Controller & Project Controls Manager. From 2016 onwards, Jeff worked at Lummus Technology, first as the Senior Director - Finance & Accounting and later as the Vice President of Finance. Jeff was also involved in the merger and divestiture activities during their tenure. Additionally, they have served on the board of directors and finance committee of the Down Syndrome Association of Houston.

Jeff Halfen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University, graduating in 1986. Jeff furthered their education by earning an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
