Matt Braud

Matt Braud has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Matt began their career as a Speechwriter at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2004. Matt then moved on to the U.S. Department of Commerce, where they worked as a Communications Director and later as a Senior Advisor. In 2008, they joined the Louisiana Economic Development as a Press Secretary. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Communications Manager at The Shaw Group, which was later acquired by CB&I, where they became the Senior Director of Corporate Communications. In 2018, they joined McDermott International Inc. as the Director of Corporate Communications, and later in 2020, they became the Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Lummus Technology.

Matt Braud completed their Master's Degree in Communications at The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Political Science and History from Louisiana State University.
