Aren Haddeler

Aren Haddeler has over 13 years of work experience in the field of data science. Aren began their career in 2007 as a CRM at KoçSistem. In 2010, they joined Akbank as a Data Mining Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Data Mining Manager and CRM Data Mining & Optimization Vice President. In 2017, they co-founded Lumnion, where they currently serve as Chief Analyst. At Lumnion, they help clients make sense of their organizational data and external data, in line with their business facts. Aren also develops services and tools for industries to boost their business outputs. At Akbank, they were responsible for driving the execution behind analytical insights needed to improve the bank's cross-sell, activation, and churn ratios. Aren also managed pilot CRM projects with Sabancı Group companies, optimized weekly campaign offers for relationship managers, and optimized marketing offers to maximize revenue. Additionally, they were responsible for Big Data analytics and planning infrastructure projects.

Aren Haddeler attended Yeditepe University from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Computer Engineering. Aren then pursued an MBA at Yeditepe University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from St Benoit French High School from 1994 to 2002.
