Eray Alpan

Eray Alpan has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Eray started their career in 2003 as a Process and Organization Management Specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası. In 2008, they joined Akbank as a Customer Measurement and Pricing Manager, as well as a CRM - Customer Pricing Assistant Manager and a Quality and Process Management Assistant Manager. In 2015, they became a Founding Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Lumnion, a company that provides custom solutions for marketing, sales, and analytics CRM applications. Eray has expertise in creating analytical infrastructure and capabilities to manage customer portfolios, segmenting customers in different dimensions, product affinity based on customer behavior, customer retention, customer working potential, lifetime value, and pricing models, as well as campaign management (campaign creation, deployment, and measurement). The Lumnion team has developed the most comprehensive predictive analytics structure in the Turkish financial sector and aims to expand this experience regionally in banking and insurance.

Eray Alpan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University between 1998 and 2003. Eray also obtained certifications in System and Network Expertise and Software Expertise from BilgeAdam Teknoloji.
