Ahmed Faraj is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the HRTech industry. As the Founder and CEO of Lumofy since July 2020, Ahmed is focused on innovating talent development through an all-in-one solution that streamlines the identification, development, and measurement of employees' skills. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of Equlibria from January 2016 to May 2020, Ahmed crafted a transformative strategy to drive the company's growth. Additionally, experience includes roles in HR education at TÜV NORD Middle East, financial advisory at Bahrain Credit, training at Impact Training Institute Bahrain, and sales leadership at NCS MENA. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Staffordshire, a Level 5 CIPD qualification, and certification in Co-Active Coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute.
