Justin Sand

Justin Sand is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Lumos & Associates since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading projects from conceptual phases through design and construction, collaborating with municipalities and developers. Previously, Justin served as a Project Manager at Johnson & Anderson, Inc. from November 2012 to April 2019, managing water utility projects and coordinating with stakeholders. Earlier roles include Civil Engineer at Fishbeck Thompson Carr & Huber and Construction Technician at the Michigan Department of Transportation. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, awarded in 2009.
