Steven Moon

Steven Moon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as the Director of the Construction Division at Lumos & Associates since April 2003, Steven oversees all operations, including planning, budgeting, and client services, while managing a team of 20-25 construction professionals across three materials testing laboratories. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at Lumos, including Location Principal and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Fallon Office and overseeing civil engineering and materials testing. Steven's previous experience includes serving as the Construction Services Section Manager at HDR, where management of construction services was provided to multiple local public agencies, and as the District 1 Laboratory Manager at the Nevada Department of Transportation, focusing on construction materials acceptance testing. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
