Harvey Floyd II

Harvey Floyd II is an accomplished organizational psychologist and executive coach with extensive experience in human capital development. Currently serving as a lecturer and lead executive coach at Wharton Executive Education, Floyd also contributes as adjunct faculty at the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service Institute. As a partner at Inspiration Ventures, Floyd focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, change management, and executive development. Past roles include strategic advisor at Lumos, owner of Beyond Potential, LLC, and senior executive coach at AIIR Consulting, among others. Floyd holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
