In this role, they collaborated with sales reps to overcome product objections surfaced during the sales cycle, worked with newly-acquired clients to establish a plan of attack for their Braintree implementation, created sample product integrations to help highlight and explain features, provided product training and demonstrations for mid-market clients, and built and tuned best practice checklists and guides for use by other solutions engineers and sales reps. Eric also extracted and analyzed data for sales teams to help create more compelling narratives.

Eric Nelson has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University Northwest and is certified as a DocuSign Agreement Cloud Expert 2020 (Silver).
