William Glass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. William started their career at Firmenich in 1977, working as a Logistics & Production Coordinator until 1980. William then joined Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1982, where they served as a Senior Staff in both the Audit Division and Management Consulting until 1987. After that, they worked as the Director of Finance & Administration at Unifund S.A. from 1987 to 1989.

In 1988, William joined UEB United European Bank, initially serving as a Project Manager before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations from 1989 to 1992. William then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Private Banking Administration until 1996.

From 1996 to 2019, William worked at LumX Asset Management (Suisse) SA, primarily in Client Services. In March 2019, they joined LumRisk in the same capacity.
