Luisa Margarita Peña Maldonado

Luisa Margarita Peña Maldonado has over 30 years of work experience. Luisa Margarita began their career in 1989 at Banco de Bogotá as an Analyst. In 1992, they became a Consultant at Progresión Ltda. Luisa Margarita then joined Unisys in 1999 as a Project Manager. In 2003, they moved to Colombia Movil as a Project Manager in the Logistic and Financial IT Area, and then as a Project Manager in the Special Projects IT Area and Postpaid, TIBCO and CRM IT Area. In 2009, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Program/Project Manager and Project Manager. In 2013, they became the Account Support Manager at Hewlett Packard. In 2014, they became the Director of Customer Operations for Latin America at Cyxtera Technologies, and then the VP of Customer Operations for Latin America at Cyxtera Technologies in 2020. Most recently, they joined Lumu Technologies in 2022 as the Customer Success Director, Latam.

Luisa Margarita Peña Maldonado obtained their Especialista en Sistemas Gerenciales de Ingeniería from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 1996 and 1998. Luisa Margarita also holds an Ingeniero de Sistemas from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
