Murad Rachman has five years of work experience. From 2009-2013, they worked as an Avionics Specialist for IDF. From 2013-2016, they were a Sales Agent for Industrial Equipment & Services Co. From 2016-2018, they were a Process Engineer and Energy Facility Engineer for Intel Corporation. Their duties as Process Engineer included developing manufacturing methods to maximize tool output, coordinating between engineers, vendors and production teams, and leading, managing and implementing process improvement, cost and defects reduction projects. From 2018-2022, they have been a Materials and Process Engineer for Lumus Ltd. and a SCE College Lab Instructor and Lecturer (3D printed prototype and metal sand Casting) for SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering. Their duties as Lab Instructor and Lecturer include writing, reviewing, and grading laboratory reports and examinations, instructing a group of 33 students, and using software such as Solidworks and 3D printing programs such as Simplify3D and Polyjet Eden SW.

Murad Rachman received their Practical Engineer degree in Electronics from AirForce College in 2009. Murad Rachman then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, which they completed in 2017. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2020.
