Sharon Shtraks

Sharon Shtraks has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Sharon started their professional journey at Applied Materials in 2005 as a Project Manager in the PLC Office Operation (PMO) and later moved to the "Product Safety" team, where they coordinated design and manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with safety standards.

In 2007, Sharon joined Voltaire as a Buyer & Subcontractors Manager, where they negotiated and managed contracts with IT product and service providers. Sharon also oversaw the daily operations at local Electronic Manufacturing Service providers.

Sharon then transitioned to Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in 2010. There, they initially worked as a Planner, developing yearly forecasts based on supply and demand analysis for high and low volume products. Sharon also managed logistics and fulfillment centers, achieving a 90% order fulfillment rate within one business day. Additionally, Sharon implemented stock monitoring tools that reduced air shipment costs.

At Check Point, Sharon also held the role of Manufacturing Operations and Quality Control Manager. In this position, they established and maintained operations in manufacturing, logistics, and repair centers worldwide. Through the implementation of automatic test equipment and reconfiguration tools, they significantly reduced production and order fulfillment execution time, as well as shipment costs.

Most recently, Sharon joined Lumus Ltd. in 2019 as a Quality Manager. Their responsibilities include developing QC and QA processes across the organization, improving production efficiency, managing waste, and engaging with customers for product feedback.

Sharon Shtraks attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2003 to 2006. Sharon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business management, Economy, and Behavioral sciences.
