Judy Anderson-Firth serves as Group CEO at Euphemia, leading initiatives to foster a diverse and innovative startup ecosystem in Australia since January 2022. In addition to this role, Judy holds positions as Non Executive Director at Birchal, where a leading equity crowdfunding platform empowers founders, and at Buildkite, enhancing software delivery for major companies. Judy also contributes as Co-Founder of Triple Bubble, Oceania’s first dedicated fintech fund, and as Advisory Board Chair at LUNA, a startup hub focused on supporting entrepreneurs with essential services. Previously, Judy was CEO of Startup Victoria, Head of the Sydney Office at Inventium, and participated in the Victorian Government's Innovation Taskforce. Judy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business in Entrepreneurship from RMIT University and completion of the VC Catalyst program at the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship.
