Lucinda Browne is an experienced legal and governance professional currently serving as the Head of Scaleups and Investments at LUNA since July 2024. Previously, Lucinda held various roles at Brighte from November 2019 to March 2024, including Company Secretary, Head of Commercial Partnerships, Head of Legal and Governance, Head of People and Talent, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel. At Startmate, Lucinda acted as a Mentor from September 2021 to July 2024. Additionally, Lucinda has held non-executive director positions at Sydney Women's Counselling Centre and Maggie's Rescue. Early career experience includes roles at T-shirt Ventures, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Norton Rose Fulbright, and as a pro bono Managing Solicitor at Public Interest Advocacy Centre Ltd. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
