Mhr Floribel Duran

Floribel Duran has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Floribel currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Luna Solutions, where they are responsible for establishing strategies to create effective and engaged teams in a globally dispersed and remote work environment. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Becklar, LLC, where they partnered with executive and senior leadership teams to implement people strategies that aligned with the business strategy. Floribel also held positions as the Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at Becklar, LLC. In their earlier career, they worked as an HR Administrator at Aero Tech Mfg Inc., where they supported various HR functions and acted as a liaison between employees and managers.

Floribel Duran, MHR, SPHR completed their Master's degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Weber State University, ranging from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Floribel obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in February 2023, and the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in May 2016.
