Grace Hsu

Grace Hsu has a diverse and accomplished work experience in the field of energy and environmental law. Grace currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal and People at Lunar Energy, where they previously served as the Head of Legal. Prior to their current role, Grace worked as a Senior Counsel at Clearway Energy Group.

Their previous experience includes working as an Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they represented developers and lenders in various transactions in the energy sector. Grace also gained valuable experience during their internship at the California Public Utilities Commission, where they assisted with RPS and EE rulemaking proceedings.

In addition, Grace has worked as a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting, Inc., focusing on energy efficiency programs. Grace has also held positions as an Energy Analyst at The Alliance for Climate Protection and as a MAP Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Earlier in their career, Grace worked as an Air Sciences Intern at ENVIRON, where they performed environmental consulting services, and as a Research Assistant at The Natural Capital Project, conducting research on conservation easements. Grace also served as a Climate Campaign Intern at the Environmental Defense Fund, analyzing vehicle data and fuel efficiency trends. Overall, Grace Hsu has a strong background in energy and environmental law, with a focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and policy analysis.

Grace Hsu completed their JD degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2011 to 2014. Grace also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MS in Environmental Engineering, Atmosphere and Energy, also from Stanford University.
