Antoine Proquin

Antoine Proquin has extensive experience in customer support and technical sales, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at LUNVR since July 2021, with previous roles as Customer Support Team Lead, Second Line Agent, and Customer Support Agent at the same company. Prior to LUNVR, Antoine worked in customer support at Betclic Group from January 2020 to February 2021 and as a Technico-Commercial at OREXAD from September 2016 to August 2018. Educationally, Antoine holds a degree in Technico-commercial from iA - l'intelligence apprentie, completed between 2016 and 2018, and has participated in the Erasmus+ program during 2018-2019. Antoine also earned a Bac STI2D from La Joliverie, studying from 2013 to 2016.
