Jalal M.

Jalal M. has a diverse range of work experiences starting from 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Beach Lifeguard at Sligo County Council. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer intern for Blue Tree Systems where they improved and documented the legacy system for further analytics and alerts. Jalal also managed the database along with minor Python scripting to enable QA engineers. In 2019, Jalal started working as a Junior Software Developer for LiveTiles where they developed a Microsoft Teams bot with ML model to enable personalized scheduling for cross time-zone collaboration. The bot was hosted on Azure with Blog Storage, Microsoft Graph API, Function App using C# . NET & Azure bot framework. Also, in 2019, Jalal joined Lunatech Labs as a Software Engineer where they had dual roles: Tech lead/SRE for designing and implementing E2E testing suite for a large scale of IoT devices using K8s, Scala, Gatling, Jenkins, Zeppelin, Akka and Software Engineer for developing a cloud solution from an on-prem system to handle business logic for a gas-fire power plant.

Jalal M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Galway, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In addition to this, they also obtained the following certifications: Professional Scala Language (obtained in October 2019), CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (obtained in May 2020), and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (obtained in February 2020).
