Kevin Bentley is an accomplished technology and business leader currently serving as the Advisor for the Food Tech Council at Lunchbox and Head of Technology for the North America division of Jollibee Group of Companies. With extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, Kevin holds key roles in organizations such as the International Food and Beverage Technology Association and Restaurant Technology Network. As the Principal and Owner of K2B Enterprises, Kevin is focused on implementing a new POS system for Tropical Smoothie Café, overseeing all aspects of development and training. A PSIA-AASI Certified Level 3 Snowboard Instructor with Vail Resorts, Kevin has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strategic process development to grow clientele significantly. Kevin's educational background includes an MBA from Rice Business, an MSIS from Northwestern University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.
