Ahmet Avci

Ahmet Avci has five years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at Lunchclub. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at Trendyol Group, where they built technical tools with Golang and extended Kubernetes to solve common problems of developers, implemented Trendyol's advertisement platform, and decreased the management effort of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes resources to almost zero by integrating Argo CD. From 2019 to 2020, they worked part-time as a Software Engineer at Udemy, where they built Udemy's experimentation (A/B Testing) service from scratch, implemented targeting, variant assignment and configuration unit services, and implemented the frontend side by using JavaScript and ReactJS. Ahmet also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Udemy, where they worked on the backend side with python, Django, Mysql and redis, and implemented the learning pack feature. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Software Engineering & Data Science Intern at DAI-Labor, where they implemented a multiplayer platform called Evolution by using Python, PyGame and OpenCV, and delivered the product to the company to be used by students of Berlin Technical University.

Ahmet Avci completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bilkent University from 2016 to 2020. Ahmet also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Bilkent University's English Language Prep School from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from TUBITAK, Turkish Linux Users Association, NVIDIA, and Udemy.
