Cullen Gallagher

Co-Founder & CEO at Lunch

Cullen Gallagher is the co-founder and CEO of Lunch. Cullen has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles spanning the military, entertainment, and technology industries.

Cullen served as a C-17 Instructor Pilot in the US Air Force Reserve from 2003 to 2012. Cullen was then recruited by DJ2 Entertainment, Inc. to serve as their Senior Vice President/Producer, a role they held for three years. In 2015, they co-founded REELY, a social media platform that was acquired by Lunch in 2020.

Cullen has been instrumental in Lunch's growth and success. Cullen led the team that delivered the highest customer retention in company history and helped launch Lunch's youth leagues, their first foray into D2C offerings. Cullen also secured over $100k in sponsor prizes from top brands like Alienware, Logitech G, HyperX, and more.

Cullen Gallagher holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy.
