Charlotte Urup Stoltenberg began their work experience in 2012 as a stud.jur at Moltke-Leth Advokater. From 2016 to 2018, they served as an Advokatfuldmægtig at ADVODAN Næstved. In 2018, Charlotte joined Dagrofa ApS as a Compliance officer, advokatfuldmægtig, and later transitioned to roles as Compliance manager, advokat and Chief Compliance officer. Since 2020, they have been working as the Chief Compliance officer at Lund Elmer Sandager Advokater.
Charlotte Urup Stoltenberg's education history begins with their attendance at Danske Advokater in the year 2020, where they completed a Complianceuddannelse. Prior to this, they pursued a Kandidat i jura (Master of Laws) from the University of Copenhagen between 2014 and 2016. Before their Master's program, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in jura (Law) from the same university from 2011 to 2014.
Before entering higher education, Stoltenberg completed their secondary education at Herlufsholm Skole og Gods from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Student (STX) diploma with a focus on Samfundsfaglig/sproglig/kunstnerisk (social sciences/languages/arts) subjects.
