Rebecca Heintz

Rebecca has worked as an attorney in the field of health care for the past 15 years. She is currently general counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and also serves on the Medicaid and Exchange Advisory Board. Rebecca’s other work experience includes being Assistant General Counsel for the State of Vermont working at what was then called the Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration and serving as Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Mental Health.
