Greg Kozlowski

Greg Kozlowski is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a career spanning over two decades in the recruitment field. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lundbeck since April 2012, Kozlowski heads the Talent Acquisition efforts for Lundbeck US. Prior to this role, Kozlowski held various positions at Baxter Healthcare from August 2005 to April 2012, providing leadership for the Medical Products business. Earlier experience includes roles at Sears Holdings Corporation as an Executive Recruiter, Motorola as a Senior Recruiter, and Oxford and Associates as a Technical Recruiter. Greg Kozlowski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Illinois State University.
