Jay Mashburn

Jay Mashburn, PhD, RPh, is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and medical communications, currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs Alliance and Commercialization at Lundbeck since September 2025. Previous roles include leadership positions at Recursion, where Jay developed regulatory policies and strategies across various therapeutic areas, and at Revance, where successful product launches occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jay’s extensive experience includes significant contributions at Allergan and Galderma in medical affairs for aesthetic products, and earlier achievements at PPD and Alcon that included critical project recoveries and FDA approvals. Jay holds a PhD and master’s degree in Health Outcomes from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
