Michael Didriksen

Michael Didriksen is a Senior Director at H. Lundbeck A/S, where they have worked since 1994 after completing their studies at The Royal Danish School of Pharmacy in 1990 and earning a PhD from Psychiatric Center Sct. Hans Hospital in 1994. Initially tasked with establishing epilepsy as a new research area, Didriksen has held various leadership roles, including head of In Vivo research, and has led significant projects in the discovery and development of treatments for schizophrenia and psychosis. They also spent 18 months as a visiting scientist at Duke University, focusing on ‘biased’ receptor signaling. Currently, Didriksen oversees strategic initiatives in Circuit and Neuronal Biology and has significant experience in advancing compounds into clinical development and participating in global collaborative research projects.
