Nicholas Kress

Nicholas Kress is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Application and System Specialist at Lundbeck since September 2011, where responsibilities include creating cost-saving IT and business workflows using PowerAutomate and PowerApps. Kress began as an IT Supporter, providing 2nd level desktop support to over 250 office users and 700 remote users, and achieved the highest case resolution rate on the team during the first two years. Prior to Lundbeck, Kress gained experience at HAVI Global Services as a Windows 7 Consultant, deploying Windows 7 to over 400 users, and worked as a Network Technician at Richard Wolf Medical Instruments. Kress holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University, completed in 2010.
