Lene Skole

Prior to joining the foundation, Lene Skole served as CFO at Coloplast A/S and was a part of the company’s executive management, where she covered a wide range of areas; finance, IT, HR, communication, strategy, and M&A from 2005-to 2014. Before joining Coloplast A/S, Lene Skole had a long career where she was trained and held various positions in the AP Moller-Maersk group, leading to a career-changing position as CFO of Maersk Company Ltd. in London from 2000-2005.

Lene Skole serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation’s subsidiaries H. Lundbeck A/S, Falck A/S, ALK-Abelló A/S. She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ørsted A/S and a member of the Board of Directors of Tryg A/S and Tryg Forsikring A/S. Furthermore, Lene Skole is a Member of The Committee on Foundation Governance.
