Morten Jarlstrup

Morten Jarlstrup leads the Lundbeck Foundation's department of long-term ownerships, assisting the CEO with the competent and active ownership of the three subsidiaries; H. Lundbeck, ALK, and FALK.

Jarlstrup leads the part of the Foundation's new 2030 strategy that aims to expand the existing portfolio of long-term ownerships by investing in, and through the development of, Danish healthcare companies. Jarlstrup joined the Foundation in 2014 and has previously worked in the M&A group at the law firm Horten in Copenhagen.

Jarlstrup holds an MSc. in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and has studied at Bocconi University as well as London Metropolitan University.
