Jose Luis Balacco

Jose Luis Balacco is an experienced mechanical maintenance supervisor specializing in mobile equipment within the mining industry. Currently serving as the General Supervisor of Mechanical Maintenance of Mobile Equipment at Lundin Gold Ecuador since December 2018, Jose Luis has a proven track record of defining maintenance policies and processes to align with company strategies. Previously, roles included positions at Trafigura as Supervisor Trainer for Mechanical Underground and Mobile Maintenance General Foreman, as well as supervisory roles at Yamana Gold Inc., Troy Resources Limited, Newmont Corporation, and Redpath Mining.
