Felipe Cabral Pinto

Felipe Cabral Pinto currently serves as the Global Practice Lead for Resource Modelling at Lundin Mining Corporation, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Felipe worked at Glencore as a Principal Geostatistician and Senior Resource Specialist within the Zinc and Lead Team from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Geostatistician at Resource Modeling Solutions and as a Geostatistician at Clayton V. Deutsch Consultants Ltd. Felipe also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Centre for Computational Geostatistics. Educational credentials include a PhD in Mining Engineering with a focus on Geostatistics from the University of Alberta, where a Master of Science in the same field was also obtained, alongside international education in Engineering and Management of Mineral Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and Mineral Processing from Brazilian institutions.
