Mariana Riquelme

Mariana Riquelme is a seasoned professional in corporate social performance and stakeholder engagement within the extractive industries. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Social Performance at Lundin Mining Corporation since March 2025, Mariana previously held the position of Senior Lead in Social Performance and Human Rights at Teck Resources Limited. With experience at BSR, Rights CoLab, and Nordea Asset Management, Mariana has a strong background in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Earlier roles include work at the United Nations Foundation, Antofagasta Minerals, and Minera Los Pelambres, where Mariana focused on sustainable practices, stakeholder management, and environmental engineering. Mariana holds a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University, along with additional certifications in mining business.
