Paula Shackleton

Paula Shackleton is an accomplished media and literacy advocate with extensive experience in publishing and event organization. As the Founder and Principal of Ewrks Media Inc since 2006, Shackleton has provided innovative media solutions for marketing needs. In addition, Shackleton established Whistler Reads, a community literacy initiative engaging local readers and authors. Experienced as a book publisher for Lundin Mining Corporation and Pan American Silver Corp, Shackleton has contributed to notable publications. Past roles include serving as the Executive Editor of BookBuffet.com and a Board Trustee for the Vancouver Public Library Foundation, focusing on fundraising and promoting literacy. Shackleton has also hosted and led discussions for the Whistler Writers Festival over a decade.
