Karl Asp

Karl Asp has extensive experience in environmental management, currently serving as Enhetschef at Lunds kommun since August 2019, overseeing the natural and outdoor recreation unit with responsibilities for operations, budget, and personnel. Previous roles include serving as acting head of the same unit and project coordinator for water councils, focusing on water resource management and quality improvement. Prior to Lunds kommun, Karl Asp worked as an environmental inspector at Sjöbo Kommun from November 2009 to August 2019, and as a case officer at Länsstyrelsen i Skåne län between 2007 and 2009. Academic qualifications include a degree in Environmental Science from Linnaeus University and studies in hydrogeology at Lund University.
