Svjetlana Babic Madsen

Svjetlana Babic Madsen has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and service development fields. Svjetlana is currently the Head of Service Development /IT-chef tjänsteutveckling at Lunds kommun since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board member /Styrelseledamot at Bostadsrättsföreningen AGARDH 3 from 2019 to 2023. From 2014 to 2022, they held multiple positions at Lunds kommun, including Head of IT Operations and Digital Transformation, Digital Transformation Leader/Project- and Program Manager, Service Area Manager UI (Funktionsområdesansvarig användargränssnitt), and IT Strategist. Before joining Lunds kommun, they worked at WWW - Blue Ocean Venture Company A/S, where they served as the Head of IT and Business Operations (CIO) from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, they held roles such as IT/Business Process Manager, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and Outbound Manager/Sales Manager.

Svjetlana Babic Madsen's education history is as follows:

Svjetlana obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a major in Information Systems from Karlstad University in the years 1999 to 2003.

In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems at Lund University.

In 2011, they received the certification of Certified Chief Information Officer (CIO) from Swedish Computer Society / Dataföreningen Kompetens.

In 2016, they completed a course in Agile Portfolio Management at Institutet för informationsteknologi (IFi).

Svjetlana further expanded their knowledge by completing a course in Digital Transformations - Governance and Management from NFI Competence AB in 2017.

Additionally, in 2019, they pursued a course in Enterprise Architecture from Astrakan Strategisk Utbildning AB.

Svjetlana has also obtained several certifications including ITIL - Service Management Foundation v3 from Profecto Service Management AB in November 2009, as well as CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner from Citerus AB in September 2009. Svjetlana also earned the title of Certified Chief Information Officer (CIO) from Dataföreningen Kompetens, Stockholm, Sweden in 2012.
