Roger van Heeswijk

Roger van Heeswijk has extensive experience in the field of coaching and healthcare consultancy, currently serving as a coach for physical workload and vice-chair of the works council at Lunet since 1995. Since 2009, Roger has been involved with GGzE as a client guide for complex care and serves on the objections committee for FWG 3.0. Additionally, Roger has held multiple roles at ABVAKABO FNV since 2011, including membership on the Branch Advisory Council for disability care and the sector board for healthcare. From 2015 to August 2022, Roger was a member and later chair of the Sector Council for Healthcare and Welfare at FNV. Roger's educational background includes qualifications in business management for works councils and coaching, with a focus on combining soul and pragmatism in coaching practices.
