Francesca Giovannelli

Francesca Giovannelli currently serves as the Corporate Director of Engineering & Project Management at Lungarno Collection since November 2025. Prior to this, Francesca worked as a Project & Construction Manager at Impresa CEV | Impresa Generale di Costruzioni from September 2016 to October 2025, overseeing significant restoration projects, including the Palazzo Ex-Borsa Merci in Florence. Francesca's experience extends to Lidl Italia, where project management included new store openings and retrofitting initiatives from November 2015 to August 2016, and Dottor Group S.p.A., focusing on the construction of a new tower building in Bologna from September 2013 to October 2015. Francesca is the founder of FG Ingegneria & Architettura, with expertise in architectural and structural design, feasibility studies, and construction management from April 2009 to September 2013. Earlier roles include positions as Facility & Quality Manager Junior at Gruppo Consiag Spa and Project Designer Junior at DaSa Ingegneria Srl. Francesca holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florence and a Scientific High School Diploma.
