Roberta Pellizzari

Roberta Pellizzari has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Roberta has held various roles in revenue management and front office management. From 1998 to 2005, they worked as the Front Office Manager at Alliance Alberghi and then moved on to become the Front Office Manager and GM Assistant at Holiday Inn Verona. In 2005, they joined Baglioni Hotels Spa as a Revenue Manager, where they were responsible for competitors analysis, price strategy, and the implementation of operational systems. Roberta also handled Tour operators contracting and worked on new projects such as GDS/PMS interfaces and CRO implementation. In 2019, they became the Director of Revenue at Baglioni Hotels & Resorts until October 2020. Currently, they serve as the Director of Revenue Corporate at Lungarno Collection.
