Valeriano Antonioli's work experience begins in 2004 as the General Manager of W Los Angeles and continues with various leadership roles in the hotel industry. From 2007 to 2010, they serve as the Managing Director of InterContinental Montelucia resort & spa, where they successfully manage the opening and operations of the resort through challenging circumstances. In 2008, they become a member of the Board of Directors for both the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau and Valley Hotel and Resort Association Phoenix. In 2010, Valeriano joins Lungarno Collection as the Chief Operating Officer and is later promoted to Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the strategic vision and growth of the Couture Hotel Company. Valeriano also plays a role in the Global Hotel Alliance as a member of the CEO Committee. Additionally, they serve on the Advisory Board of Coo Boutique from 2012 to 2014 and is a member of the Marketing Board for Gruppo Marketing from 2013 to 2014.
Valeriano Antonioli's education history includes obtaining a diploma in hotel management from the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Bormio, Italy, from 1981 to 1983. Valeriano then obtained another diploma in hotel management from the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Chiavenna, Italy, from 1984 to 1986. Following this, they pursued Business Economics and earned a Diploma from the VWA Goethe Universitaet Frankfurt, Germany, from 1993 to 1996. Lastly, in 1998, they briefly attended Cornell University for Marketing and Hotel Operation but did not complete a degree.
